Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you record in it. BEAM is currently in a private founding stage; access may be invitation-based.
Acceptable use
Use BEAM honestly and lawfully. Do not attempt to access another member's information, probe or disrupt the platform, misrepresent your identity, or use BEAM to harass or defraud anyone.
Your content
Everything you record — goals, memories, chapters, reflections — remains yours. You grant BEAM only the limited license needed to store it, display it to you, and operate the platform's features for you. We claim no other rights in your story.
What BEAM's intelligence is — and is not
BEAM provides explainable, receipted information and educational guidance. It is not a licensed professional service. Nothing on BEAM is medical, legal, tax, investment, or credit advice, and BEAM makes no guarantee of funding, employment, admission, health outcomes, credit outcomes, or any advancement outcome. AI-generated text can be imperfect; every recommendation shows its sources so you can verify it, and important decisions deserve a qualified professional.
Opportunities and institutions
Opportunity listings (grants, scholarships, programs, jobs) are curated from public sources with verification dates shown. Deadlines, eligibility, and terms belong to the third-party institutions that offer them and can change without notice — always confirm with the source. BEAM is not a party to any application, transaction, or relationship you enter with a third party.
Intellectual property
The BEAM platform, its design, and its curated knowledge compilation are the property of BEAM Global. The names BEAM, CONNECT, and BEAM MEN are our marks [counsel: registrations in process].
Availability and changes
BEAM is provided as-is during its founding stage. We work to keep it available and honest, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, and features may change as the platform grows.
Termination and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page; deletion is permanent and real (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with an appeal path.
Disclaimers and liability
[counsel] To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEAM disclaims implied warranties, and BEAM's aggregate liability is limited as will be finalized by counsel. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
